At our church, giving isn’t about obligation or a “membership fee”— it’s simply a way for each of us to invest in something bigger than ourselves. We also don’t give for God to bless us or give us more, but because He has already so richly blessed us and given us all things in Christ. In fact, giving financially is one of our responses to God’s faithfulness to us, which fills our hearts with gratitude, which motivates us to give back a portion of what He has so generously given to us.
